NASFAA's accredited Certified Financial Aid Administrator® Program awards the FAAC® designation. Financial aid administrators like you work diligently to uphold the integrity of student aid programs. This certification program acknowledges your critical role in your institution's success and enhances your professional credibility. Earning the FAAC® designation:

Join facilitators Andrea Lehman, FAAC® (Kent State University) and Carrie Short, FAAC® (Baldwin Wallace University) at BW on Wednesday, 11/19. Participants will use a suite of workshop materials already prepared by a team of practicing financial aid administrators who hold the FAAC® designation. Participants will leave the workshop with greater confidence in their own readiness and knowledge of what to expect when they take the exam.
